Some healthy tips to start the day:

20 minutes yoga stretching – Sun Salutation, then healthy breakfast based on fruit, nuts, cereals, vegeterian milk or yogurt, and green tea.

Today we felt like having a healthy bowl in the sunny terrace!


  • low fat greek yogurt
  • fresh fruits: strawberries, banana, berries
  • almonds
  • organic oat
  • chia seeds
  • dried cranberries
